James was excellent!! Although our Realtor arrived late, James was kind and patiently started on the exterior inspection. He was knowledgeable and VERY thorough!! Our money was well spent!! He revealed the bones of the property to help us make an informed decision. James put the power of negotiation back into our hands! The customer service was outstanding and responsive. Will definitely use Residential again!

We had an outstanding experience with our home inspection! Joe Galison was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't just point out issues—he also explained what was minor, what should be monitored, and what needed immediate attention, which gave us so much confidence during the home-buying process. The report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered quickly with clear photos and recommendations. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions truly went above and beyond. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable home inspector, I highly recommend him. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Thank you for an amazing job!
